Congratulations on Taking the First Step Toward Your ACLS Certification with LifeTek!

This in-person skills check is designed for those who have successfully completed the AHA HeartCode Online Course. We do NOT provide the online course with this course.

Course Overview

What to Expect:

  • After completing the online course, you’ll attend an in-person skills session where you will demonstrate your proficiency in ACLS protocols.

Certification:

  • Important: Be sure to print the completion certificate that includes your name and score, and bring it to the session.

E-Card Issuance:

  • After successfully completing the skills session, your official AHA ACLS Provider eCard will be issued within 2-3 business days.

Important Information

  • Non-Refundable: Fees for online courses and scheduled skills sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable in case of no-shows or failed sessions.

Course Card Issuance Policy:

Please be advised of the following policies regarding course cards:

  1. Email Confirmation:

    • Course cards will be sent to the email address provided during course registration. It is essential to ensure the accuracy of this email address before confirming your registration.

  2. Reissuance Fee:

    • There is a fee for reissuing course cards due to inaccuracies in the provided email address.

  3. Delivery Timeline:

    • eCards are typically emailed within 2-3 business days upon completion of your course.
    • Please note that during holidays, there may be delays in the issuance of course cards.
