Red Cross First Aid with Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED

The American Red Cross First Aid with Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED course equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to assist adults, children, and infants during breathing and cardiac emergencies. This training is designed specifically for non-medical professionals who want to provide help in times of crisis.

Participants will gain a solid understanding of first aid best practices for a variety of situations, including:

• Asthma emergencies
• Anaphylaxis
• Burns
• Choking
• CPR/AED usage
• Diabetic emergencies
• External bleeding
• Environmental emergencies
• Heart attacks
• Poisoning
• Neck, head, and spinal injuries
• Strokes
• Seizures

Important Note:

• This course is intended for non-healthcare providers and is not an AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR course.
• It is not suitable for healthcare professionals who require CPR certification for their roles.

If you are registering for our Bellingham La Quinta Inn location or Tumwater La Quinta Inn location, please note that a minimum of 6 students is required for the course to proceed. If enrollment does not meet this minimum, we will reschedule your course to a later date.
