New and updated Babysitting Training with  First Aid and CPR/AED

This course will provide youth who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. This training will help participants to develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe and help children behave; and learn about basic child care and basic first aid. The recommended age for this course is 11-16 years old.

Our in-person babysitter classes give you access to best-in-class instructors who will share the latest information on child care, offer tips, and can answer all of your questions so that you're ready to start your own babysitting business. With lecture and class activities, these courses are engaging, informative and fun.

• How to recognize and respond to choking emergencies
• How to perform abdominal thrusts and back blows/chest thrusts for children and infants

*Participants will receive a Red Cross Babysitting Training and  Pediatric CPR First Aid Digital Certification.
