Welcome to HeartCode® PALS with LifeTek!

Discover the latest in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) with our HeartCode® PALS Part 1 course, updated to reflect the 2020 AHA Guidelines for CPR and ECC. This self-directed, web-based program is designed to help healthcare providers recognize and prevent cardiopulmonary arrest in infants and children using interactive eSimulation technology.

You will navigate virtual healthcare settings, make real-time decisions, and enhance critical pediatric life support skills.

Course Highlights:

1. Self-Paced Learning:

• Engage with interactive eSimulations that provide immediate feedback through debriefings.
• Learn at your own pace, and complete the course based on your schedule.

2. Completion Steps:

• After finishing the online course, attend the hands-on skills practice with an AHA PALS Instructor.

3. Certification:

• Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll receive an AHA PALS course completion card, valid for two years.
• Bring your completion certificate (printed) to the skills session.

4. eCard Issuance:

• Your official AHA PALS eCard will be sent to your email within 2-3 business days from ecards@heart.org.
• Please check your inbox, spam, or junk folder.

Non-Refundable:

• Heartcode courses are non-refundable.

Location-Specific Requirements:

• If you are registered for the Bellingham La Quinta Inn location, a minimum of 4 students is required for the course to proceed.
• If enrollment does not meet this requirement, we will reschedule your course to a later date.
