Course Overview

This combined course equips participants with the essential lifesaving skills needed to respond effectively in both medical and everyday emergencies. Through instructor-led, hands-on training, you’ll learn how to perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, properly use an AED, and manage airway obstructions (choking) and other critical emergencies.

The Heartsaver First Aid component focuses on practical techniques for treating bleeding, burns, sprains, fractures, and sudden illnesses such as heart attack and stroke. Participants will build the confidence to take quick, effective action in a variety of emergency situations.
